Are Luna Azul products held in a warehouse?

Our boutique uses an on-demand fulfilment model. Selected leather goods can be prepared or produced after a customer order is placed, which lets us offer a curated collection without keeping a large retail inventory.

When will my order ship?

Preparation time depends on the item, options and branding workflow. Many orders move through production quickly, but the estimate shown for your order should always be treated as the most relevant guide. You will receive tracking once shipment is created.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Luna Azul is set up for worldwide fulfilment. Carrier availability, cost and transit time vary by destination.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us immediately. Once a made-to-order item enters production or preparation, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

How can I pay?

Luna Azul accepts private digital-currency payments through Ryo Currency (RYO), Monero (XMR), Zano (ZANO) and Freedom Dollar (fUSD). The available methods and payment instructions are shown securely during checkout. Luna Azul will never ask for a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Can I return an item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused standard items may be eligible subject to the order workflow. Made-to-order, custom or personalized pieces have more limited return eligibility and are generally covered where there is a defect, damage, colour mismatch or size error. How do I choose a jacket or loafer size?

Use the size guide shown on the product page when available. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us before ordering.
