We use customer information to operate the Luna Azul store, process orders and provide fulfilment and support.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, this can include your name, contact details, billing and shipping address, order information, account details, support messages, device/browser information, and payment status. Private digital-currency payments are handled through the selected payment gateway. Luna Azul receives the order and transaction information needed to confirm payment, but will never ask for or store a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Fulfilment partners

To manufacture, prepare, ship and track an order, Luna Azul may share the information reasonably required with specialist production, fulfilment and logistics partners. This can include your order number, name, email address, phone number, shipping address, product details, payment status, carrier and tracking information.

Why we use information

We use information to process and fulfil orders, provide tracking and customer service, manage returns, maintain store security, comply with legal obligations and improve the store. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be unsubscribed from.

International processing

Because Luna Azul uses international ecommerce and fulfilment providers, order information may be processed in countries other than your own. We expect service providers handling customer information to apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of personal information. To make a privacy request, use our Contact page. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations.

Bot protection

Our support form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide that security check in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

The store may use essential cookies for account, cart and checkout functionality, plus analytics or marketing cookies where configured. Cookie choices should be managed through the site's consent tools and browser settings.
