Terms of sale for purchases made through Luna Azul.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the product, size, colour, delivery address and payment details you provide are accurate. An order may be declined or cancelled if payment is not authorized, the product cannot be fulfilled, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Made-to-order fulfilment

Some products are produced or prepared after purchase. Once fulfilment or production begins, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in the store's checkout currency. Luna Azul currently offers payment with RYO, Monero (XMR), Zano (ZANO) and fUSD; the final digital-currency amount and payment instructions are shown by the selected gateway at checkout. Any taxes collected by Luna Azul will be shown before payment. Additional destination-country duties or taxes may apply where they are not collected at checkout.

Shipping

Production and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier or customs delays can occur outside Luna Azul's reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns, defects & refunds

Our Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Made-to-order, custom or personalized goods can have restricted change-of-mind return rights, while confirmed defects, transit damage, colour mismatches or size errors may qualify for replacement or refund under the applicable policy and mandatory consumer law.

Product information

We work to present product materials, colours, dimensions and imagery accurately. Screen settings and natural material variation can affect appearance. Product-specific material information takes precedence over general marketing descriptions.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
